GO BIG, WIN BIGGER National Consumer Promotion
These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) applicable to persons (“You” or a “Participant”) entering/participating in the POWER HORSE “GO BIG, WIN BIGGER” National Consumer Promotion (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion will run between 12:00 am (Nigerian Time) on 1 July 2026 to 11:59 pm (Nigerian Time) on September 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). This Promotion is hosted by AAVA BRANDS MANUFACTURING LIMITED (the “Promoter”). By entering the Promotion, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
This Promotion is open only to Nigerian residents aged 18 and above, with mobile numbers MTN, GLO, Airtel and 9mobile networks only.
Employees of AAVA Brands, the Promoter, their family members and any agencies or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion shall not be eligible to enter the Promotion.
A Participant is deemed to have entered the Promotion upon the Promoter receiving a digital record containing the Opened image of the promo can of POWER HORSE SKU SIZE drink, together with other information via the QR code scan or http://powerhorserewards.com website.
To participate, a Participant must do the following:
Each entry allow you stand a chance to Win instant airtime up to ₦1000, cash prizes of Half a Million(₦500,000) and a Grand Prize of One Million Naira (₦1,000,000).
There are no limitations to number of entries per participant. However, we advise Responsible Consumption.
The Promoter is not responsible for any of the following:
Proof of submission shall not constitute proof of receipt by the Promoter.
Winning Instant Prize of N200, N500, N750 Airtime: Winners of airtime will be notified on website indicating their prize amount and the preferred Number to be credited. The Promoter will endeavour to distribute airtime prizes instantly or within 1 hour of confirmation but no exceeding 72Hours of the winning entry however this is dependent on the Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). The Promoter shall not be liable for any delays in the distribution of airtime for any reason whatsoever by the MNOs.
All participant stands a chance of winning any of the grand prizes. Winners will receive a notification and will be contacted.
All prizes are subject to availability at the time redemption is made and the winner’s details are delivered to the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to cap, amend, alter, or substitute the prizes or their structure as it deems fit with no liability whatsoever.
All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for other prizes (in whole or in part) and non-exchangeable for cash by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right, without liability, to offer an alternative prize or event at its sole discretion.
Once a Grand prize winner emerge, he/she will be contacted via telephone by the representative of the Promoter. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 calendar days of winning, the promoter can void the winning. Grand Prize Winners are bound to visit the nearest offices of the Promoter within their location to proof identity and receive rewards.
The Promoter shall not be duty bound to take any extra steps to locate winners. Winners are required to provide a valid and verifiable proof of identification in the form of a National I.D card, Drivers’ License, International Passport or University Student Identification Card.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participants grant the Promoter and AAVA BRANDS MANUFACTURING LIMITED the right to use their name and/or images in promotional materials to be deployed on TV, radio, print, digital and social media whether in Nigeria or otherwise, whether modified, enhanced, altered or in conjunction with any other image or sound. Participants shall not be entitled to any form of compensation for the reposting or usage of their name and/or images and shall indemnify the Promoter and its associated companies against any third-party claims, losses and damages that may arise as a result of the usage of these posts, name(s) and/or images.
Data Privacy- By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the processing of your personal data pursuant to this Promotion. Such personal data may include your name, age, email address, telephone number, address and other relevant data for the purposes of the Promotion. You also consent to the processing of your personal information by the Promoter which may involve the transfer of same to third party service providers, its affiliates, Group companies or partners.
Taxes and levies which may be imposed by any relevant government or tax authority on the prizes shall be fully borne by the winner.
Limitation of liability- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, AAVA BRANDS MANUFACTURING LIMITED and their parent company, affiliates, related corporations, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents accept no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss, claim, demand, or levy howsoever arising suffered by any Participant in this Promotion.
Indemnity- To the maximum extent permitted by law, You undertake to indemnify and keep the Promoter, AAVA BRANDS MANUFACTURING LIMITED and their parent company, affiliates, related corporations, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by any or each of them due to Your breach of any of these Terms and/or arising from Your participation in the Promotion and/or Your use of any prize.
No rights other than as stated herein - You or a Participant agree that you have no rights or claims of any type against the Promoter, except such rights or claims as are expressly stated in these Terms.
All prizes must be claimed within fifteen (15) days of notification unless otherwise communicated by the Promoter, failing which the prize may be forfeited.
No cheating tolerated- You acknowledge and agree that no form of cheating will be tolerated...
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify without prior notice any Participant found to have tampered with or manipulated the entry process or the operation of this Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Terms, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility, age, ownership of mobile number, and authenticity of any entry before awarding any prize.
Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in disqualification.
No waiver- The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that or of any other provision.
Modification of these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion, and/or any element of the Promotion, with or without prior notice or to amend or modify these Terms at any time and without liability to the Participants.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Promotion, not being able to enter into the Promotion or accepting or not accepting any prize.
All information contained herein is correct at the time of publishing. In the event of any inaccuracy or any discrepancy between the print and online versions, the online version shall prevail over the print version.
Severability- Each of the provisions of these Terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws. If a court holds any provision of these Terms to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will remain in effect and these Terms will be amended to give effect to the eliminated provision to the maximum extent possible.
Governing Law - The Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
